Potential of the York Central masterplan with project director Ian Gray

This will be an online event. Book here

A key part of the question around what possibilities there are within the overall scope of the approved masterplan is how all of this is seen by York Central Partnership. Some of this is currently unknown – the development of the site is complex and thinking is evolving – but project director Ian Gray has a useful view on this. He also comes to the project from large-scale urban regeneration projects elsewhere, bringing experience which enables him to ask challenging questions about the York Central development.

We have invited him to give his views on some of the opportunities he feels the outline consent allows, and to take questions from participants to help them shape their thinking for the community plan for York Central. Don’t expect Ian to be able to answer every question – he’s the man on site for two major national agencies and landowners – but his role gives him a really useful perspective and YoCo’s conversations with him to date have been hugely helpful in developing its ideas.
