It's time to make some decisions. At this session we'll be firming up roles, figuring out working groups and deciding on legalities
Following the 'Making it Real' session with Paul Kelly, we're now at the point where we need to incorporate YoCo as an organisation, and define a governance structure to move this project forwards. This session will help us focus the group, working out where our skills can be used, and committing to YoCo in various different ways.
At the 'Making it Real' session, we spoke about the need to have tiers of involvement, so that we don't create barriers to participation. We'll make some decisions about this, about potential roles and responsibilites, and about forming a board of directors.
Whether you've just started coming to workshops, or you're a seasoned YoCo supporter, we would love you to be involved in making these important decisions. We're keen to create a role for everyone who wants one - this is all about using the diversity of skills and experiences within our community to make stuff happen. Let's do this.
