YoCo: Time to order the scaffolding

Governance Session: 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm Friday 12th June 2020

We’ve been dreaming and discussing the exciting potential of YoCo over the last few months.  Now’s the time to move into reality.

To do this, we need to stand back and take a cool, practical look at what we want to achieve and how we might get there.  We need a structure for our work, and some ways of organising ourselves, to provide reassurance and clarity for those who might wish to join us or indeed query what we are trying to do.

Using the ideas collated from both Vision, Mission and Aims sessions, we’ll be looking at principles, and possible models.  These will underpin and support our development, when we embark on the complexities of turning the impossible into possibilities.
